PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING

D-Jo Crypto Miners endeavours to offer you the most competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Payment can be made by bank deposit/wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also accept Revolut Pay. Please note that we cannot dispatch any products until the funds have cleared. If you wish to pay with cash, please contact us before placing the order.

D-Jo Crypto Miners reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency prices, orders are valid only for a certain period.

Due to the high demand for ASIC miners, please provide payment proof within 24 hours of your order being placed. D-Jo Crypto Miners can only reserve a unit for a client once payment has been received, not when an order is placed online.

Once an order has been placed, please provide payment proof to: info@djocryptominers.com

PAYMENT CURRENCY

As we are a UK-registered company, we prefer payment to be made in GBP via wire transfer (online or direct bank deposit) and cryptocurrency. However, we can accept payment in USD, EUR, or any other currency as long as the conversion rate is correct and we receive the correct amount in GBP.

All banks have their own currency exchange rates and fees; therefore, if you are using USD, EUR, or any other currency, you will need to ask for assistance at the bank to make sure the payment we receive is the GBP equivalent of the order value.

CARD PAYMENTS

We accept card payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Transactions are processed securely, ensuring that your payment details are protected. Please note that card payments may be subject to additional processing fees depending on your card issuer. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. You’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please email your deposit slip to us at info@djocryptominers.com to ensure your payment is confirmed and the order is shipped as quickly as possible.

CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENT:

Payments are accepted through reliable payment gateways such as Coinbase Commerce. We accept payment by Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Litecoin, Ethereum, and USDC. Please note Coinbase Commerce supports payments only through the ERC-20 network for USDC, DAI, and Ethereum. Sending and receiving unsupported assets through Wallet can cause you to lose them.

The cryptocurrency amount that corresponds to the total balance of your placed order will be provided upon checkout using the exchange rate of that cryptocurrency to GBP in real time.

All Coinbase Wallet transactions are processed on the blockchain, which means senders will be charged a miner fee.

Please be aware that some asset issuers may send or “airdrop” cryptocurrencies to your Wallet, even though you will not have the ability to withdraw them. This is referred to as a “Frozen Drop”. Please contact the asset issuer directly for guidance on how to move these assets. Assets cannot be moved unless they’re sent back to the sponsored exchange.

Additionally, please note that an asset can start out as an ERC-20 and then move on to its own blockchain which may or may not be supported.
